I was never one to focus on just one thing. I dreamed of working broadly, improving the world around us. That's how PLEO was born. Here, we create projects for companies that solve real human problems and build a better future through innovation. Reading biographies is a valuable lesson. The biggest one for me is definitely from DA VINCI&mdash;I keep coming back to that book. An incredible designer who was simply curious about everything. And I believe that&rsquo;s the most important thing&mdash;curiosity and mindfulness.

My dad introduced me to the world of games and films. Ever since I can remember, that&rsquo;s how I&rsquo;ve fed my imagination and aesthetic sense. A good story is my greatest pleasure. In every project at PLEO, I see a client's story that&rsquo;s worth telling.

A story must have its rules&mdash;a beginning and an end. I look for that kind of order in everything, and I guess that&rsquo;s why I got completely immersed in geopolitics. It&rsquo;s comforting to think that in chaos, there are principles that govern the world.

And speaking of the world, my whole world is my family. Not everyone fit in the picture, but I&rsquo;ll find the right one eventually.

What do I love about design? Freedom. The fact that technology no longer has any limits. &nbsp; I love the moment when a new project comes in and lets me unleash endless ideas. I also appreciate criticism&mdash;though it can be frustrating at first, it ultimately leads to better solutions.

During my studies, I wanted to design cars. Things turned out differently, but I still doodle from time to time, and after many years I&rsquo;ve found my way back to engines &mdash; just from the quieter side.

Design is like a journey with a clearly defined goal, but the paths that lead there are often unknown. That&rsquo;s probably why, a long time ago, a passion for motorcycles naturally developed in me&mdash;they offer the same sense of exploration, an escape, and sometimes the chance to be alone with my thoughts.

I&rsquo;m in love with brutalist and modernist architecture, as well as the southeastern vibes. I rarely have time for solo travel, but I always try to include a &ldquo;must-see&rdquo; spot on my route. For all the "big kids" out there, I highly recommend - Zupagrafika.

Most of my free time is spent with this crew. Two of them happily join me on two-wheeled adventures, while the oldest is still holding out!

I&rsquo;ve worked on several major print-related projects, including Princity&mdash;a system for managing large fleets of printers. I&rsquo;ve also been involved in developing Port Community System solutions for the maritime industry.

In my work, I love listening to how things function and thinking about how they can be improved. Designing new things brings me immense joy. I believe I can work in any conditions. With five kids, that kind of flexibility is incredibly useful!

I enjoy spending my free time with my family and doing physical work. For example, I find working on construction projects satisfying. Additionally, I like making homemade liqueurs and wine. My vineyard is my latest passion.

I really enjoy all kinds of sports, especially triathlon.

Professionally, I&rsquo;ve started a new startup, and I&rsquo;m eager to see if I can build a well-managed company from the ground up. I find it incredibly exciting and fulfilling.

What am I reading? Besides technical books, I recently returned to the works of Isaac Asimov. In the car, I&rsquo;m listening to "Potop" by Henryk Sienkiewicz, which brings back fond memories.

What I love about development is the great variety of tasks and countless opportunities to develop creative thinking, which successfully prevent me from experiencing any kind of boredom at work.

Music, especially hardstyle and metal, is essential in my work because it helps me get into the rhythm and gives me energy. Although this type of music is usually distracting to others, it improves my concentration.

I like to spend my free time both actively and sedentarily, depending on the day. I am a volleyball enthusiast, but also an avid computer and console player.

I am very interested in quantum physics. I can recommend youtube channel &ldquo;Kacper Pitala&rdquo; and also his book.

In the meantime, I'm trying to train my Maine Coon to stop eating TVs, so I can focus on learning West Coast Swing dancing, working out at the gym, which is essential for my IT job, and reading a book about Musashi Miyamoto, one of the most famous ronins in Japanese history.

What I love about design is being able to think about a problem and solve it in a creative way&mdash;it's satisfying! Every project brings new challenges, new inspiration, trends, and ideas. This makes the work stimulating and interesting.

My essential work kit is coffee, music, a good podcast and a notebook.

Reading books is the best way to relax. I always pay attention to the type of typography, the texture of the paper, and the form of the book.

My other passions are the gym and travelling. When I travel, I feel alive! A trip is the perfect time to do something different and expand my perspective. I love to catch inspirations and take pictures of them.

Sometimes in my free time I experiment with shapes in Illustrator or Spline.

When it comes to organizing things, I recommend writing down each observation so that it doesn't get lost. With so many topics to cover, it's easy to accidentally overlook something important.

I recommend the Design Systems Slack channel, where people from all over the world discuss various aspects of their work related to DS.

My recipe for a perfect evening? Listening to audiobooks while crocheting. What gives me energy? Meeting up with my friends from university. I love them!

What I love about frontend development is that each day brings new challenges, and there are many ways in which I can solve them. I enjoy experimenting with different frameworks and libraries, and finding creative solutions to complex problems.

I couldn't work without high-quality headphones with ANC; the type of music doesn't really matter to me. The noise-canceling feature helps me stay focused and immerse myself in coding, especially in a noisy environment.

In my free time, I usually play computer games, especially souls-like titles and extraction shooters. These games offer a mix of challenging gameplay and immersive storytelling that I find deeply satisfying.

When I want to get away from looking at screens, I read books. What I can recommend is an author, Andrzej Pilipiuk. His works are a fantastic blend of fantasy and historical fiction, providing a perfect escape from the digital world.

I have always been passionate about computers and creating websites. Creating applications simply takes this passion to the next level. My equipment at work includes a Mac computer and three 27-inch monitors.

I like to spend my free time playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox and watching movies on Netflix. &nbsp;Additionally, one of my passions is traveling. My last trip was to Tenerife.

I'm also passionate about reading, especially Belarusian literature. Currently, I'm reading 'Zinky Boys' by Svetlana Alexievich, a Nobel Prize winner from Belarus.

I have also read several books from the Harry Potter series and The Witcher, all in Belarusian.

What I love about development is that each project brings new challenges, and the lack of task repetition is actually something I really enjoy. Also, the ability to work from anywhere in the world is a plus. Last but not least, Next.js and Gatsby.js are my favorite technologies to work with.

In my free time I really enjoy traveling and going to the mountains. Recently, I also became interested in the popular obstacle course 'Runmageddon,' which I completed in September. I'm planning another start this year&nbsp;

What i like the most about my work is creating 3D websites, with technologies like Three.js you can transform classic site into mesmerizing experience that enhance your classic web surfing into a remarkable memory. What excites me the most is the process of transforming

imagination into code. This process can sometimes force you to delve deeply into research about how things around us work and how that can be translated into computer code.

A real passion of mine is physical training. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, running, or cycling. For me, training is a time when I can be alone with my thoughts and isolate myself from other worries, so it's a workout for the body but a rest for the mind.

Besides, I genuinely enjoy reading books since I believe that reading a fascinating book can really help you grow as a person. I try to consistently stick to my resolutions to read before sleep, or while I'm on a bus or tram.

I like reading all kinds of books, there is no one genre I would consider favorite, but I can say that I like to read the 'classics' that other people are fond of and decide for myself whether or not that reputation was justified.

I can recommend these books: George Orwell '1984', Leopold Tyrmand's 'Zły', Aldous Huxley's 'Brave New World.'

When I'm too tired to read or work out, I relax with a funny TV show or movie. Series I recommend include: 'HIMYM' (How I Met Your Mother), 'Modern Family', 'Friends', and the move 'Forrest Gump'.

What I love about design is its constant evolution! New trends, ideas, concepts, and solutions emerge all the time. In my work, I am continuously amazed by something new because design is truly a great and continuous source of inspiration!

Since childhood, drawing has been my passion. I especially enjoy drawing portraits and feel most confident in this subject. I attended architectural drawing classes, and although they focused on a different theme than my favorite, they greatly contributed to my skills.

I really enjoy listening to podcasts. The topics I explore are very diverse, but my favorite ones are psychological podcasts&mdash;I like to know what's on our minds :slightly_smiling_face:

What relaxes me the most? Good music, some exercise, and 'Friends'&mdash;a reliable set for lifting a bad mood :)

What I love about design is that sometimes, in an abstract way, you can create something comprehensible with the fewest means of expression. I like watching new trends and I'm excited about creating new projects.

My favorite way to relax is to grab a cocoa and drift off into the world of books. I love reading crime stories and historical novels.

I like listening to podcasts about the culture of other countries, but I'm also drawn to truth-based crime stories or psychological podcasts. Recently, I also started listening to the 'Legacy' podcast, which is about famous people in history.

I also like watching TV series. Recently, I've been hooked on 'Bridgerton,' not only because of the stories but also because of the good music and beautifully detailed costumes.

My hobby is drawing. I like to draw realistic things from nature and combine them with abstract colors and figures, or just create an abstract world.

Being a programmer is primarily about challenging yourself. Our task is not just to create functionalities that work correctly – your code must be aligned in such a way that it forms a cohesive whole with the work of others.

This is something I enjoy doing, as working in backend development and applying new technologies allows me to continuously develop.

I have been fascinated by computers and information technology since childhood. I have a particular interest in the topic of artificial intelligence, as its development is gradually changing the way we perceive computer science.&nbsp;

I chose the Java language because of its versatility – it can be used for both web application development and for testing and implementing innovations from the world of artificial intelligence.

While working, I always listen to music because it helps me relax and focus on the tasks at hand. I especially enjoy classical and instrumental music.&nbsp;

I have a particular fondness for composers like Kevin Penkin and Kajiura Yuki – the music they compose can convey more emotions than many sung songs.

As for my hobbies and interests, I can mention two, namely sailing and music. I have been involved with both since childhood. I can play the guitar and piano – this is one of my main ways of spending my free time.

Sailing, on the other hand, is my hobby that I pursue mainly in the summer. For over 10 years, I have been traveling every year to Mazury (and sometimes also to the sea) to sail and spend time by the lake around a campfire.&nbsp;&nbsp;

For several years, I have been a helmsman and guardian at sailing camps, where I try to "infect" children with a passion for sailing and the Mazury region.&nbsp;

My passion for technology, to which I often dedicate my free time, is AI generative models txt2img. This technology can generate an image that reflects what is "inside" my head with just a few words.

Unfortunately, I don't have the predisposition to do it in a "traditional" way, but thanks to artificial intelligence, I am able to replicate my ideas in the form of an image/photo.&nbsp;

At the age of 12, I first encountered HTML and CSS. I was fascinated by it and already knew who I wanted to be. For a long time, I worked hard to become a developer. I love programming, implementing my ideas, and supporting the team.

In relation to my profession, I recommend the book "JavaScript and jQuery: Interactive Front-End Web Development" by Jon Duckett. The author explains the concepts excellently, making them easy to understand.

They say that music is the best medicine – it helps me concentrate and work smoothly. I love listening to: Linkin Park, Akon, Eminem.

In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog and spending time with my fiancée, with whom I sometimes watch something on Netflix on weekends. Besides that, I like coming up with creative solutions for projects/websites.

I love to play sports; in the past, I was an American football player for four years - I spent two seasons with the Kraków Tigers and another two with the Wieliczka Dragons. Most of my games were played as a defensive back in the cornerback position.

I have been awarded the title of best defender on the team twice. In the last year, I played as an offensive player in the position of receiver/running back. My favorite American team is the New England Patriots.

The book I recently read is "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.

It's a very interesting book, in which most of the content is based on facts. It has given me valuable knowledge on how to approach people, be a good listener, and establish connections. Currently, I am reading "Learn Angular" to better understand programming techniques.

My favorite TV show is 'Friends'. My character is a mix of qualities from Chandler and Joey.

I am currently working on my portfolio to grow and learn new methods.

The process of refining a multilayered project is what captivates me at work. Making something functional and visually appealing.

I believe that true creativity lies in consistency and perseverance, as the most beautiful works are intricate – they require time, unhurriedness, and a perspective from different angles.

In my free time, I sometimes travel. I have always been fascinated by architecture and beautiful landscapes. I have been able to see many such places thanks to my motorcycle trips. It's great to explore countries from this less commercial perspective; there's always something surprising, and we discover new things.

Sport is the key to well-being, so I cannot imagine a week without the gym or the pool.

Sometimes, however, I step outside the norm. I can confidently recommend to anyone who loves swimming to try diving. And for those who are not afraid of heights, visiting an indoor skydiving tunnel, and then, with that experience, signing up for a jump from a plane.

I love every form of creation; it's an incredibly satisfying activity. Sometimes I enjoy writing something. I also like teaching how to use graphic programs, especially for building 3D models.&nbsp;

I have also found my place in the art of tattooing and have been working in it for years. It's a second job that brings me joy.&nbsp;
